Re: May challenge
Lisa yeah you did a dandelion and rather nice it is too.
I'm waiting for my glass to arrive before I can start mine.
Batty everything happens for a reason or just spooky

Re: May challenge
Love your dandelion clock Lisa, couldn't tell what the dog tag was made from but your Flickr link gave a bit more info - polymer clay.
Re: May challenge
Gorgeous Lisa! Was going to ask what it was made out of too but I remember your lovely tuts so polymer would have been a good guess

Re: May challenge
Thanks guys. Should have said I made it out of pearlescent polymer clay and then used an engraving tool to make the pic and letters and rubbed umber acrylic paint into the recesses.

Re: May challenge
3 wonderful entries ladies.
I can't believe that dog tag pendant is polymer clay. It looks like the most delicate enamelling. I LOVE it.

Re: May challenge
OMG they're brilliant, all of them. And I didn't get the time travelling connection of Doctor Who. A double whammy from Cornish. Well done.
Re: May challenge
Brilliant! Definitely not showing my poo on a stick now lol. It's still in the cooling bubbles from 2 weeks ago, in disgrace.
Re: May challenge
They most certainly do

I'll put June's challenge up tomorrow and it's a prize winner, plus if there are no more entries after tomorrow it's voting time. I'll give you until Monday or Tuesday to vote.

I feel bad that I haven't entered the monthly competition for the last couple of months, so I was determined to post something this month. I have only just made it in time and the glue on the kumihimo ends is still soft!
I haven't really interpreted the theme at all. I am just giving you time in the form of a watch pendant! I did think about putting the watch the other way up, like nurses watches, but although it is the best way to tell the time it looks rather strange, so I kept it the right way up.

Re: May challenge
I am heading up the M6 to West Cumbria on Saturday for a week. I am hoping to take the ipad with me but not sure if I will have internet connection from where we are staying. I will try to vote. Keep your fingers crossed for good weather for me. It is usually cold and wet when I go there. Not staying with family this time. We are staying on an egg farm. Not as exotic as Georges vacation destination, lol. If I have internet be warned the typos will be worse than normal, I cannot type on the ipad.
