August Challenge

I'm a few hours early but I thought I would get on and post the new challenge for August, which is ............

hmm i'll give some hints You could look at Alice in wonderland soooooo much inspiration ie the queen of hearts & the tea party element so cakes sarnies etc

This one is going to make ya think.

Had a read at the chapter in Alice last night with the mad hatters tea party in and came to the conclusion that Lewis Caroll must have been on drugs when he wrote the book, it's so bizarre lol! Very interesting challenge this, besides all the normal stuff like teacups, cakes etc and dormice (now that I'd like to see!), they do have a discussion about time as well, so maybe watches could come into it?

Great challenge. I have absolutely no ideas at this stage, but I guess that makes it a very good challenge.

Oh they are brilliant. I got a teapot toggle clasp from beads unlimited the bar bit is a teaspoon, which is really cute.

right, i shall get the ball rolling with mine. the first images that came into my mind where all from the disney movie so i tried to keep away from that and i went for mad victorian instead. i did read the tea party chapter again and they are stuck at 6 o'clock, hence the watch. i kinda stuck with the cheshire cat colours, though.

Ooo, that's very Mad Hatter. Well done. Brilliant and imaginative. Love the squirley whirley purple and white button things (dunno what to call them; cabs?)

brilliant entry, love the watch fits the theme very well.

well here is my effort I bought a teapot toggle clasp and had a mushroom charm spare and I made some Lampwork hearts, cup cakes and the top hats to go with them.
