Future items for sale

Hello everyone

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

I will be leaving the UK and moving to Abu Dhabi at the end of March for a new job. Hubby and the pets will be joining me a few months later. Sadly I will have to give up lampworking for now, it would be too complicated over there I believe. So I will have my lovely new torch and oxygen concentrator for sale. I will keep my tools and my kiln for now. I may take the kiln to AD with me to make sterling silver jewellery in it in my kitchen! I'll post a full list closer to time, if you think you may be interested feel free to let me know. I won't be selling them until March, local collection (Luton area) would be better for the torch and the concentrator but it can be posted by courier at the buyer's cost too. (I discovered a good cheap one when I had to send documents to AD and christmas presents to France)

Oh Bea! That's a bloody shame. That you're leaving and having to sell the torch, that is. Hopefully the move to AD is something that you're looking forward to and is a welcome change in your life.

Thank you :-) It is a very welcome change, I applied for the job and went through all the interviews. The thought of sand, sea and a LOT of HEAT and living 2 minutes drive to the office is amazing! So is the thought of going to the gym and the pool and beach after work in the winter time... summer time may be a bit tricky as it would be about 50 degrees. :-) I will take opportunity to study jewellery design and geminology and change my brand. :-)

THank you very much :-) We are really looking forward to it and cannot wait..... shame we have a whole house to pack up and, for me, 17 years of stuff accumulated in the UK to clear!

Of course I'll keep in touch with the forum.... I'll have more time than now to do so :-) Planning on studying jewellery too....

Wow Bea, good luck! I worked as a teacher in Ruwais near Abu Dhabi a long time ago, I just remember it being very hot!
