I just had a thought - I've put this on ebay, but somebody here might be interested:

It's a good dvd for beginners, shows you how to get set up and all about the health and safety aspects, and some good techniques - I'm happy to say I'm past this stage now Very Happy so passing on to the next person. It's £15 new...
