Re: Copper pendants
I love the intricacy of these pendants. They are gorgeous. I can't help wondering how sore your fingers were after all that! What size wire did you use?

Copper pendants
Thanks Pru. The original tutorial used 0.6 mm for the warp wires and 28 gauge for weaving. i just couldnt get that to work so used 1 mm for the warp and .5 mm for weaving.
Must admit that I broke all my nails and had very sore fingers by the end.

Nan these are gorgeous! Special enough to have their own thread so I have moved them out of Elaine's
Re: Copper pendants
They are lovely Nan. The work is so intricate and even. They must have taken ages!
Re: Copper pendants
Please Nan tell me you've been making these for years cos they are stunning. Really intricate.
I had a go at one of Abbi Hook's designs a couple of years ago when I was just starting out but I was really messy and gave up. Love these so much I'm inspired to pick it up again.
