Hello

I am just getting into wire work and wire wrapping for my jewellery.... I was wondering, where do you buy your wire from? What I buy currently is only 10 metre length and just doesn't last long.

I've always bought from my local bead shop, but I always have a look on Wires. If its silver wire I compare the prices with all of the usual places.

I get mine from Empire Beads or Palmer Metals. (usually the latter)

If you're buying precious metal wire, it's far better to go to one of the big bullion sellers. Cooksons, Betts, Rashbel or Argex are all good options.
