All your studios.... well they're studios!!! My workspace is a table by the window in my bedroom, the 'table that I put the boxes of findings/beads etc is next to my table, namely the bed!!! HOWEVER, I'm really not complaining as when I lift my head to look out of the window I'm looking at the sea and the sky... Bliss! Here we are!

Oh Ronnie! I'm filling up looking at your "Studio" What a lovely view, you are lucky.
I too work from a table in my bedroom window but I see a great big oak tree and the traffic when I look up.

OMG Ronnie I just saw what time it was when you posted your photos! You either had a good night out or are an insomniac. Should I be envious or sympathetic Shocked

You took the very words out of my mouth Odonata - regarding the Red Jasmine!!! Is it as perfumed as 'normal' Jasmine?
I know, I am so lucky living where we do, it is literally across the road from the beach! and the sunsets!!!.... well.... Need I say more?!!
Oh, you are sweet Odonata, you don't need to be either....!! I didn't have a night out and I'm not usually an insomniac but for the last few days I just haven't been tired! Very strange!!

Red jasmine doesn't have a scent unfortunately, but it has very delicate little red flowers which then become berries at some point. It's one of those plants - didn't do much until I had to cut it right back and now it grows like the devil - needs trimming every couple of weeks, the more you cut it the madder it gets! I'll try and get a pic but most of the flowers have finished by now.

lol! OK, that's it... am going to take a photograph today of my desk as it usually is!! Me tidying it for the photo has sprung back and bitten me in the bottom!!! Laughing
But the view... I never, ever tire of it and in a couple of months time the Brent Geese will be wintering here - rather strange to see Geese by the sea I have always associated them with lakes!
Better get on with somew jewellery making as have a sale here on Friday.

Ronnie I've been curious for ages. Where does the name udeloveitch come from? It's nothing like your name. (And if you've already posted the answer to that question on another forum then I apologise for asking a silly question. I haven't been in the forum for weeks now)

Well I'll go the foot of our stairs! I've only been gardening for about 30 years and I'd never heard of this flower. It's very pretty. Google says it's fragrant in sunny spots and also that it's easy to propagate Razz

That is a very sweet, pretty flower I can imagine it looking beautiful when all the flowers are in bloom.
I haven't been asked the question on any forum Odonata!! My paternal Grandfather came over to England from Russia, with his parents, when he was 10 yrs old and their name was Udelovich (I've spelt it phonetically), after a while in UK they decided to shorten the name to Delow (taking the middle part of the name) I had no idea what to call my jewellery/business so decided on Udelovich! So I'm a quarter Russian, quarter Welsh and half Engllish!!!

It said - Thank you for the explanation Ronnie.

Yes, I speak Russian and have been learning for several years. That's not to say that I'm any good at it though. The new term of evening classes starts in a couple of weeks so I'm trying to revise quickly before getting out of my depth again Laughing

And Ronnie I'm laughing here cos I've always read your name as You'd A Love Itch and thought it was some kind of cryptic internet message hahaha. Now I've been put right, thanks.
