Swarovski NON hot fix flat back crystals

I have been asked to glue, yes glue, some small Swarovski NON HOT FIX crystals to sterling silver.

As much as this goes against the grain can they be successfully glued to sterling and anyone any idea which glue would be best. I have Devcon and E6000.

Lynne, I've only done it once and used tweezers and Beadalon Beadfix glue, but it's quite tricky with the small flat backs.

Ta Lynne, I had to get the old reading glasses on to see mine but still found it very tricky but I've not got the steadiest hands lol!

Devcon lover here! but if it's the 5 minute one it might dry up too quick if you're doing loads. How about a pokey stick? That is my technical term for a stick/toothpic type thingy with a blob of blu tack or plastecine on the end. Helps pick up itty bitty gems etc. Would probably apply the glue with another toothpick and have one spare for oiking out of the sticky end of the pokey stick.
