Reduced Flame + Some blue!!
Hello
So I tried a reduced flame and was so amazed I took a photo of it! I am happy with my bead result, maybe I should have carried on longer to get more striking colours. The photo does not show the blue very well but it is there!! Especially compared to the silver and black colours I was getting previously. Also added a photo of the same bead when the flash turned itself on! lol!! Freaky!!

Wow that's a huge looking torch. Unfortunately I can't make out the bead cos the first shot is blurry on my netbook and the 2nd is too bright with your spooky flash

I did wonder if it was a good idea to use that flame! lol! I don't think it is your netbook, I think the photo is blurry full stop! lol! I'll try to take another one in the day light tomorrow or when I'm back form Sheffield.

It's called reducing when you do the blue flame. Striking is when you make the bead and the colour is all wrong so you let it cool a bit and put it in a normal flame to get the colour back.
