I've had this sitting on the side of my bench for about 4 weeks or so now and I'm just not comfortable with it.
It's too busy isn't it.
It features Tinker's lovely etched turquoise n lime beads which I have teamed with foiled turquoise glass and foiled turquoise n lime beads.
Is it the foiling of the beads which is spoiling the whole thing do you think or is it just too much of the same 2 colours.
Think those beauties may work better alongside triple strands of some ivory seed beads.

Personally I'd swap the round Turq & Lime beads for something plainer like silver, white or ivory, just to give a contrast and to show off the lampies.

I think that would work Elaine. There's too much turquoise and green going on and it detracts from those lovely etched beads which are really the star of the show here.
Thanks for your honest feed back. Much appreciated.

Ahah, hello again little beadies Smile Am crap at putting these things together but I think I can see how ivory seedy strands would be a nice contrast and complement at the same time. The lighter parts are silvered ivory so any ivory or silver would be good here to break up the turq. Do love that colour tho Smile

Yup, I love it too. And I LOVE those etched beads too and want to do them justice. I think I'd drowned them in all those foiled beads. Crying or Very sad
