I've just completed some Yule decorations made from clear and dichroic frit. They really sparkle in the sunlight.

Thank you! I'd sort of imagined them in a window where they would catch more light than on a tree. They're a bit delicate, so on a tree where there are cats or small children around would probably be a mistake Smile

ooh like frost balls, very pretty. Are they flat circles or spheres?
I stopped bothering with Yule decorations a couple of years ago. My only concession is to put a bit of greenery on the kitchen window sill, to bring the holly king into the house. Its burnt on twelfth night to foretell what sort of year we have ahead.
I am really bah humbug about the C word get really depressed and miserable every year from about November to the end of January.

Thank you Lynne!

They're flat Nan. I'm planning on doing some shaped ones, dishes or bowls, sometime soon (but don't hold your breath!).

I agree with those minty fresh humbugs Smile

Really fell in love with these not so much as tree decs for me but as window hangings ( I a little bit humbug as well) so thought I would have a go with frit balls and course frit - total failure on both counts.

Elaine if I ask very nicely can I have a tutorial please.

Yes of course Lynne. I'll put something together. Remind me which kiln you have.

That's very kind of you Elaine, will look forward to it - same kiln as you Paragon SC2 (but wishing for a bigger one).
