Viking Knit Bracelets
I've finally finished off the bracelets I started on Sunday, there is a braided necklace as well but I forgot to take a photo.

I also thought it would be nice to add some of my beads to them.

Re: Viking Knit Bracelets
Your hands must be sore after all of those and a necklace as well! However, sometimes it is necessary to suffer for art and this is one of those occasions! They are really lovely and I think the viking knit is the perfect vehicle for an extra special bead. Well done.

It's very satisfying to do, and surprisingly quick once you get going.

Re: Viking Knit Bracelets
Shall we bring our stuff n tools to Flame-Off? We could have a sharing of skills n tips etc
Or if anyone's staying in a local hotel maybe an evening of wine n knitting. We could have a lesson in dropped stitch work. Hic!

Re: Viking Knit Bracelets
I had a little practice tonight but I don't have a drawplate yet. Didn't look too bad tho, managed a bit of double knitting too, not too shabby. I think we do need to dig the flame off thread back up though so we can start arranging stuff
