2 Toggle/T-Bar clasps needed

I've been asked to make a matching bracelet and necklace for a colleague's birthday present with a budget of £30. (yes, £30 for both)
The recipient is very autumnal in her colouring so I want to make it in copper and turquoise colours.

What would be the chances of getting 2 copper toggle or T-bar clasps made to order for under a tenner?

One smaller than the other.
Simple, round, plain or hammered circles with a simple plain or hammered T-Bar.

Time is quite short as the item is needed mid January.

Am I right in guessing that for the budget I'll be better buying some imported "tat" for these items.

How about making them out of copper wire, not sure what gauge you might need.

Size? About 17mm diameter for the ring of the bracelet clasp and perhaps 30mm for the necklace. Does that seem appropriate to you? I'm very open to receiving your professional advice on this. I'd rather like the clasp of the necklace to be a feature at the front rather than hidden at the back.
