Still to make a necklace for this but quite proud I managed to work out how to bezel this piece of pottery with seedies.

It must be quite a challenge to bezel such an irregular shape. Love it! Now for the rest of the tea set!

That's beautiful. I *must* learn how to do that - several pieces of polymer clay (Goddess faces) have been hanging around for ages here waiting for bezels. I made them at least two years ago!

Thanks guys. I had only bezeled around a rivoli before Elaine but just treated the same. Just took a bit of experimentation. Threaded on enough size 11 seeds to go around the perimeter not too tightly then a few rows of peyote stitch with the size 11s and then switched to size 15s for the last 3 rows on the front of the pottery and on the back. The top part I did like a picot but with irregular amounts of size 15s, I was trying to make it look like lace.

BTW, you succeeded, lace was the first thing that I thought of until looking closer.

Thatbils really effective. my big computer died, so can only view on the ipad. Ididnt realise it was a beaded bezel. I thought it was lace.
