Very lucky sister in law. All these beady photos is making me want to play.
Way too cold to be out in the shed.

Lovely, lovely, lovely! That clasp is so clever and the spiral rope is really elegant. Great bracelet too. I bet she will love them.

Lisa, just seen on Facebook how you have turned the clasp of this neclace into a stand alone pendant - very nice, love the greens.
Re: Sister-in-laws pressies
Thanks everybody. I love those little leaves Lynne, I'm putting them on everything lol!

Lovely Lisa. The leaves are really neat.
I must try rope sometime - any stitch would do to start with. When you said Elaine, for a second I thought you meant me

Re: Sister-in-laws pressies
Hehe sorry Elaine. Spiral rope I've found to be the easiest so far, it's good as you don't need specific bead sizes either. I used bigger seedies for the rope, I think they were size 6 or 8 and small delicas for the loops, size 15 and little brown pearls in the loops too.

Thanks Tinker.
Meant to say Elaine, if you need the instructions for spiral rope, I could email you a scan of the page in the book I got it from.

Thank you Lisa, I think there are instructions in one of my books, but if I can't find it then I'll get back to you. Not much time at the moment to look though...
Re: Sister-in-laws pressies
Oh MY! They're GORGEOUS! Really lucky sister-in-law. The leaf looks like a peacock feather and is truly lovely.
Re: Sister-in-laws pressies
No bother Elaine. Thanks Gillian, I think I'm officially addicted to beading now!
