Bead stitching

Post  lislarch on Mon Nov 26, 2012 12:29 pm

Hi all,

Don't think I've put any of my bead stitching efforts up so far, so here's one - peyote stitched with delicas.

That's very elegant Lisa

I can just see that adorning the wrist of..... someone on a special evening out......
Olived skinned, dark hair up in a French style Pleat, little cream evening dress with some sequins to complement the shimmer on those delicas.
Oh! I appear to have had a day dream on paper, so to speak.
Sure you understand where I'm coming from.
Sometimes I can't help but to fantasise about our jewellery and where I would like to see it worn, is it just me ?

Batty that's a fabulous image, I'll have to get Paul to find a model like that for me. I love Miranda, I'm always saying "Such fun!" and people look at me like I'm mad. Patricia Hodge is brilliant as her mum.

I love Miranda too, but what I really like is this bracelet! I think you really take beading to a new level with this ... away with the fussy and in with the clean and stylish.

And I agree with ALL of the above. Simply elegant. Understated and beautiful. Love that the beads have that metallic quality to blend with the metal rings.
