Small tree dish
At last I did something with Tinker's murrini which wasn't a complete failure, an 8cm square shallow dish - although you can see that the glass is under a lot of strain with the non-matched CoEs and there's also quite a bit of devitrification due to repeated firings...

Very clever Elaine, didn't know you could make dishes! I have a addiction to little bowls and dishes for some strange reason lol.

How did I miss this then.
I like your shallow dishes Elaine, the murrini look like fallen fruit.

Lovely little dish, Elaine and you can never have enough little dishes, in my opinion. I agree with Ashlynn about the fallen fruit. It is a sort of harvest festival dish!

Thank you Lynne & Pru, the effect I was going for was flowers at the base of a fir tree, but I'll take fruit instead!

That's fantastic Elaine. I've no idea about the strain and stresses of the glass or the de-vitrifawhatsits but it is REALLY pretty. Loving the fallen fruit idea, I saw boulders
